About the event
Inspired by the abundance of food trends and “reels” circulating online, this hands-on class explores which recipes and kitchen hacks actually live up to the hype.
Join us on Wednesday, April 15 in the Bovina Library kitchen for a session led by Gary Simmons, where participants will test, prep, and taste a range of easy, delicious dishes: from appetizers to desserts!
Participants will work together to try out techniques, sample results, and discover a few new go-to recipes along the way.
All materials are included. Voluntary cash donations to benefit the library are welcome.
