Love a classic New York slice? Learn how to make authentic thin crust pizza at home in this technique-driven, hands-on workshop at the library.
Hosts Matthew & Anna Homeijer will cover everything from dough fundamentals to proper stretching technique (no rolling pins!), sauce simplicity, and baking strategies for achieving a crisp yet foldable crust in a home oven.
Each participant will stretch and build their own pizza during class and enjoy fresh samples while we discuss troubleshooting tips and pro techniques.
All materials will be provided.
Whether you're a beginner or a home cook looking to refine your skills, you’ll leave with the knowledge and confidence to make your own perfect slice.
