Learn the ancient art of sourdough bread making in this hands-on workshop that takes you through the complete bread-making journey—from maintaining a starter to slicing warm, fresh bread!
Join Matthew Homeijer for a unique "time travel" cooking experience where you'll see every stage of sourdough development in just 90 minutes. We'll start class by putting a loaf in the oven, then work backwards through the process, exploring how to keep a sourdough starter alive, create a levain, mix and ferment dough, and master shaping techniques. By class end, you'll be enjoying the very bread that was just dough when you arrived!
