About the event
We Live Together is an exhibition of four hooked rugs by artist Annie Hayes, each based on animals she has encountered on the land surrounding her home in Delhi. The work reflects on coexistence, place, and the everyday presence of wildlife in our communities.
The exhibition opens Tuesday, November 18 and runs through Tuesday, December 2 at the Bovina Public Library.
A community reception will be held on Saturday, November 22 from 10am–1pm, where visitors can meet the artist.
Annie Hayes has also created a printed flier that shares the stories behind each of the featured animals.
