Treasurer’s Report

• The capital account has been closed, with funds moved to the operating account

• Final state aid funds of $7463 were deposited

• Correction made to the Morgan Stanley account—a $175 charge was corrected; the fee 

• gets charged, and then the same amount is deposited back into the account; an error was 

• made and corrected in January 2025

• Don Farley provided the $4500 funding for the 2025 scholarships and $4500 for the 

• 2026 scholarships, with an additional $1,000 donation

• Discussion on using funds in the operating account to refund the Lichtenberg account

• Annette to find out more information from the O’Connor Foundation about a challenge 

• grant

Librarian’s Report

• Friends of the Library proposed programs

  • gallery shows of local artists' landscapes sometime in the spring

•  discussion of putting up a picture rail

  • cooking programs

  • book clubs

  • movies – license has been purchased

  • storytelling

Meeting moved into executive session to discuss personnel matters at 6:01 pm
