Treasurer’s Report

• M/S/A Treasurer’s Report

• Ballot measure discussion has been tabled till February

Librarian’s Report

• Bingocize will be offered for ten weeks in the spring

  • Tuesday & Friday mornings

• Census request came to the Library; the Librarian went online to declare the address does not represent a person

• May 6th - Albany Lift will be here for the annual visit

• Grant due June 30, 2025

  • ways to complete the grant funding

    • gutters on the back of the building

• Received a letter from the Delhi Telephone Company – a letter of authorization to perform

work as needed

• New rugs were purchased

• Discussion of cleaning as needed; will pay additionally to the Librarian for the work

Motion/Seconded/Approved to have the Secretary cast the ballot for officers; officer

positions to remain the same.

Trustees moved to executive session at 7:31 pm to discuss a personnel matter; the executive

session was adjourned at 7:39 pm
