M/S/A To keep the slate of board officers the same as 2025

Treasurer’s Report

• Utica insurance has been paid for the year

• Some of the operating account is earmarked for 2025 & 2026 scholarships (D. Farley)

• $150 is the cost of external payroll accounting; the price has gone up slightly

• The board agreed to move $20,000 to the Morgan Stanley account and $15,000 to a 3-month CD 

• at DNBD

• Friends of the Library offerings

• Donation of a Bicentennial print by Scott Hill

• Computers—can we apply for O’Connor grant and raise matching funds to get 4 new computers
