Treasurer's Report

• DNBD forms/resolution to allow for the use of Venmo with online bank account

  • M/S/approved and forms signed

M/S/A the March meeting minutes

Librarian's Report

• Kiff—annual visit for tune up of the furnace 

• Venmo will be used to handle some online payments

• Scholarship letters were sent out and scholarship applications will be reviewed at the May meeting

• "In the Shadows" program — $5,000 O'Connor grant

• Waiting on challenge grant information and timing

• Picture rail in basement is up; ready for painting

• 3 programs and Feldenkreis offered with 50 participants

• 3 outside meetings with 14 participants

• 2 library cards assigned

• Movie license received
