• Discussion on awarding the Jean Marie Collin Scholarship and the Hugh Lee Scholarship

  • 1 student applied for JMC Scholarship and 1 student in process of applying to HL Scholarship

• Discussion on low number of applicants and the process to notify graduating seniors of the scholarship opportunities

  • Marketing opportunities

    • Post it on the website 

    • Bulletin board postings

    • Reach out to schools in March for list of possible applicants

Treasurer's Report

• Discussion on CD that is coming due

  • 3 months at 3.25%

  • Roll it over until Sept. 9, 2026

Librarian's Report

• May 14^th -- Kiff reset the emergency switch; technician error so there was no charge

• June 17^th -- Albany Lift to service lift

• 2 library cards were assigned

• 6 outside meetings held with 26 participants

• Night at the movies — 3 movies were shown with 37 attendees

  • $20 donation received

• Marco Pelletier worked for 20 hours

  • Building Friendship through Writing with Joy Johnston
